The house has stunning views, fabulous local fare inthe shops and restaurants, all the while so close to majestic Bordeauxvineyards.

The house is set by an archetypically French square, shaded by trees, oppositethe west door of the Ancient Romanesque Abbey of Guitres. The livingaccommodation, which is on the first floor, benefits from the wonderful views ofthe town square, church and River Isle. The house also has a small secludedgarden, the perfect place to unwind.
The house is in the Gironde area of France with Bordeaux onthe west and Bergerac to the east, with the nearest main town being Libourne.
This area offers incomparable Vineyards, fairytale chateaux, abundant RomanesqueChurches, impressive bastides, picturesque rivers with their characteristiclamprey nets along the banks, plentiful forests for walking or cycling, and asyou would expect, wonderful restaurants.
Guitres is easily accessible from the motorway network,within an hour's drive of Bordeaux or Bergerac airports and the TGV station atLibourne is only 14 miles away.
