Prices:

• High Season: £395.00
  (June, July, August)

• Other: £349.00

Notes on Prices: Prices are for the property per week in UK pounds. Longer and shorter lets by negotiation.

Changeover Day: Normally Saturday, others by negotiation.

Payment: balance due eight weeks before date of travel.

We respectfully ask people not to smoke inside the house.

A non-refundable deposit of £100 is required at the time of booking and a security deposit of £100 is required along with the balance.
