The House

The living accommodation is spacious, modern and on the first floor to benefit from the superb views. Access to the house is via the balcony where guests can enjoy the early morning sun with their breakfast. The patio and outside area offers the best of both worlds, being secluded, yet with with superb views overlooking the town square for people watching and over the river for more distant vistas.

The Living Room:

The large open plan lounge/diner has an open fire and is comfortably equipped for long relaxed evenings with satellite TV (free to air channels only), DVD and CD players. The dining area has French doors onto the balcony while the side window provides good views of the Abbey church.

The Balcony:

This runs the full width of the house and overlooks church, river and valley below.

The Kitchen:

The kitchen is fully equipped with recently installed electric hob and double fan oven. There is a microwave, fridge freezer and a full size dishwasher. Ample crockery and utensils are provided. The kitchen also has access to the balcony.

The Bedrooms:

Bedroom 1 with double bed
Bedroom 2 has twin beds.
Both rooms have parquet flooring, plenty of hanging space, chests of drawers and bedside cabinets.

The Bathroom:

A good size, with bath, washbasin and separate WC.

Heating:

Electric heaters in every room and an open fire in the lounge.

Utility Room:

This is on the ground floor with a washing machine.

Garden:

There is a patio area with Gas BBQ, garden tables, chairs, parasol and loungers all under the shade of a date palm!

Bed linen and towels are provided.
